ROUGGE : a ethereal singing, freed from words, sentences, only accompanied by his piano. Raw emotions.
He recorded what he called four “research albums”, gave various concerts (solo, with string quintet, with orchestras) before being able to touch more precisely on what he considered to be the essence of his music and attempt to define it.
To do this, he created the name Inside Music in order to take up and continue his composition in a more refined, intimate and fragile form than ever.
With a release date in December 2025, the “studio session” video filmed at Midilive studio and the EP “L’heure du soir” are two manifestations of this desire.

* Why the name of a colour?
For me, the colour is the visual equivalent of the raw auditory sensation. That’s what comes first, before shapes, objects, thoughts, words… And my musical research is precisely about trying to resonate with these primary sensations of the sound.
* Why this high-pitched and wordless singing?
Because it makes my whole skull vibrate, carries me away, draws me in, stops all thought and makes me more sensitive.
* Inclassifiable?
When I compose, when I play my music, it’s as if I were dissolving into myself with both this very pleasant feeling of present and emptiness. So I gave it the name of “Musique Intérieure”, “Inside Music”.
